Information

The Ruffy Rural Fire Brigade is part of the Victorian CFA. It is completely staffed by volunteers from the local community. The brigade currently operates two firefighting tankers as well as two large portable pumps. As well as responding to emergency call outs the brigade is very active in supporting community events. If you would like to learn more about the brigade you are welcome to come to the station on any Sunday morning during fire restriction season (typicaly mid Nov to mid April), or the first Sunday of the month at any time of the year.
